It is an aluminium cylinder with 3 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port. With a 46mm piston diameter, it will offer 70cc displacement. A cylinder head is not included, so you can simply keep the original one, but it will have more power with a high-compression cylinder head (46mm). With the right components (15mm / 17mm carburetor and sports exhaust), the Airsal 70cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit "T3 Sport" (d=46mm) Peugeot 103 AC can get you 4 to 5hp.

Aluminium cylinders

Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.

How to run in an aluminium cylinder?

Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.

Un cylindre en alu, avec de bonne finition pour un replacement de l'origine sans aucune complication. Bien adaptable a la culasse d'origine avec une compression à arraché des arbres -> Je conseille fortement de gardé le décompresseur d'origine car sinon vous allez avoir l'impression de faire le tour de France en 2minutes..
Gain en vitesse (pot Leo Vinci - Sito Cobra encore bridé - vario également bridé) et je fait du 75 ~ 80km/h. Gain également en sonorité (rauque)
Largement suffisent pour un kit a 60euros.

Excellent cylindre en remplacement de l'origine sans aucune modif ni adaptation .
Conseil pour moteur tout origine : une cale de 0.5 mm entre 2 joints de 0.1 à 02 mm sous le cylindre et un gicleur adapté et ça donne un moteur plus à l'aise partout (en transmission origine),sans bruit ni vibration .
