Description

Malossi 70cc Cast Iron Cylinder Kit "Sport" Peugeot 103 AC, available for an excellent price! A cast iron cylinder with a two-ring piston built for endurance racing or everyday use.

This kit has considerable power, especially at mid rpm range (appr. 5.8hp at 7200rpm) and a lot of torque.

We recommend combining it with a 15mm carb (at least) and sports exhaust. Even though you can use this kit with the original cylinder head, we recommend replacing it with a high-compression cylinder head (46mm) to improve performance.

Cylinder head not included.
Not street-legal.

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Cylindre très solide, juste à vérifier le jeu à la coupe qui est un peu juste, depuis 1 an que je l'ai acheté je roule à l'ethanol je n'ai eu AUCUN SOUCIS.

Cylindre correct, verifier le jeu à la coupe des segments quand meme, trop juste pour un, et sinon dommage que ce kit n'inclus pas les accessoires d'alesage pour gicleur
