How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Tuning Level: Sport

Franchement rien a dire super solide déjà fait 180 km en une journée sans laisser refroidir insérable mélange riche pour certains 4% mais j’ai jamais serré aucun moteur (aprés faut pas parler trop vite mais 3 mois tout les joue fond de 6 prend 115 km/h fantic 2020 Vforce 3 de 65 sx carbu 24 sw allumage origine vilo origine pot krm lêve en 1,2,3

very good all around
compared to airsal 72cc alu this one is way better in every way except cost and cooling (because the airsal is alu). it is very torqey down low and has a very flat power output from around 9k rpm to 13k. 12hp is very possible with this cylinder. compared to the airsal this one revs higher, is way more durable due to being cast iron, more comfortable to ride. setup was yasuni r2, 21mm pwk, barikit reed valve, lightened flywheel and with 12-53 you can get above 95kmh (note you can put much taller gearing than that). I very much reccomend this cylinder for everyday riding, I also reccomend reinforcing your cluth and maybe gearbox if it has been used a lot as it tore through 2 used transmissions already. Fuel consumption only a bit more than stock cylinder or 50cc sports.

Cela fait 5 jours que j’ai se kit franchement rien a dire sauf que pour le prix je penser avoir mieux...171€ pour garder les mêmes goujons de cylindre, les mêmes écrous de haut moteur ( alors que un pote à moi a acheté le iron max mvt 75 il avait tout de neuf ) et les 300km de rodage a faire... à part sa, il se monte niquel les joint du haut moteur sont des joints torique rond le joints d’embasse est en métal, sinon il fonctionne super bien jarrive a prendre 70km/h en étant en rodage sans trop dépasser les 7000tours/min, après reste a voir se qui donne après le rodage. Niveaux de la config carbu de 21 delhorto boite à clapet mvt ligne conti et le vilo d’origine ( temporaire ) :)

Alors actuellementr le kit a environ 1300 km et personnelement il roule bien. il tire tres bien. plein de 125cm3 sont loin derriere. je le conseille fortmement . jai moi aussi fortement hésité avant de l'acheter sur maxiscoot. Ma config:; Pot Tecnigas E-nos , Carbu 21 mm Del'Orto. il roule bien sans probleme je regrette trop pas. Enormement de plaisir je roule tout les jours avec. bonne patate dans les tours (hauts)

c un kit qui marche tré bien il ne crain pas les cote et les grande lignes droite moi il a 10000 bornes et marche tjrs aussi bien malgré ce qu'il a endurer parfoi il et tré costo je l'ai ouver a 9000 bornes pour voir l'état et j'ai été supri car il etais comme neuf
je le recomende pour rouler a vitesse normale ou pousser dans la vie de tout les jours

super qualité.RAS.j'ai changé piston segments après 4500km,mais après ouverture du moteur j'ai vu que c'était totalement inutile.tout était comme neuf.et pourtant jlui tire bien dans la gueule(beaucoup d'enduro)bon couple et d'une fiabilité a toute épreuve.il avale les bornes sans bronché mème dans les pires condition.
