For accommodating crankshafts with varying strokes, we have this MVT Cylinder Spacer 1.5mm Minarelli AM6 for a very good price! This MVT spacer will allow you to run a standard cylinder (40mm stroke) with a 43mm crankshaft.

Note: this should be done by an experienced mechanic with sufficient tuning know-how as modifying an engine like this will change its port timings and its overall performance.
