Andrea Pinasco was one of the first mechanics who successfully tried to improve the performance of classic Vespa scooters, and his company Pinasco consequently became one of the household names for Vespa tuning. The Pinasco Cylinder Head VHR 69mm / 60mm stroke Vespa PX / PE 200cc was specifically developed for engines with long stroke crankshaft. Unlike the standard cylinder head, the gap between piston top and cylinder bore end is larger whereas the squish band area was reduced. Compression ratio is 11:1.
The cylinder head comes with special centering bushes so you can mount it with all Pinasco 215cc kits. Also included is a special head gasket that will readjust the height of the off-centre spark plug.
This cylinder head will lead to a power increase of 1.5hp and 1.8Nm more torque.
