Pinasco Cylinder Kit 177cc cast iron 57mm stroke Vespa GTR / Sprint 125 - 150cc, relaunch of Pinasco's classic 177cc racing cylinder. It is a cast iron 'Big Bore' (63mm) cylinder that will increase displacement up to 177cc while allowing to retain the original crankshaft. Port timings are designed for racing, with excellent power and impressive torque throughout the entire rpm range; with great torque already available at low rpm.
The cylinder is made of hard-wearing cast iron and comes with a 2-ring piston and a special cylinder head with central spark plug. The cylinder is basically plug and play, with a sufficient increase in power for those who do not want to invest money, time and effort into tuning projects. There are, however, options for modifications and upgrades.
We recommend using a reinforced Pinasco crankshaft with 57mm stroke.
