Description

Polini 70cc Cast Iron Cylinder Kit "Sport" MBK Ovetto / Neo's, a very durable high-performance cast iron cylinder for everyday use.

This kit is known for its impressive top speed considering the category it belongs to, and even more for its excellent performance at low and mid rpm range. The perfect cylinder if you want to pull wheelies! You'll get appr. 9hp out of this kit. It can be used with the original carburetor.

Note: You'll need a larger main jet (8-10% larger than standard) and the cylinder head is designed for long-reach spark plugs!

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Ce kit est EXTREMENT résistant , je l'utilise depuis casiment deux ans ( casiment quotidien ) suffit de changer les segments ou le piston de temps à autre . Niveau performance il est très bien et offre une tres bonne accélération mais la vitesse de pointe laisse par contre à désirer .. ( ceux qui pour ma pars ne me dérange pas car je mise tous sur l'accel en ville ) a un prix de 132€ qui me semble pas excessif pour un kit celui la fait très bien l'affaire , je le recommande
