Stage6 Streetrace 70cc

Stage6 Cylinder Kit 70cc Streetrace 10mm piston pin cast iron Minarelli vertical (Yamaha BW's / Slider), powerful cast iron cylinder for everyday riding.

Performance Stage6 70cc cast iron cylinder

The Streetrace is a lower-priced version the popular Sport Pro aluminium cylinder. Reliable and powerful, this is the perfect cylinder kit for everyday use, with great torque and increased top speed for maximum riding pleasure.

Transfer port layout with 5 ports plus 1 simple exhaust port is basically identical to the more powerful 70cc Sport Pro kit, it was slightly modified to meet the thermal requirements of a cast iron cylinder. The cylinder comes with a high quality 2-ring piston and a HC cylinder head. Maintenance and adjustment are easy, and of course you will find all necessary spare parts in our shop.

Performance characteristics are similar to the Sport Pro - powerful take-offs and acceleration, with an engine speed of approx. 10,000 rpm, with up to 8 - 11 hp, which is 1 - 3 hp more than comparable cylinders. Of course, the cylinder can only unleash its full potential when combined with the matching components, you will find some recommendations below.

The cylinder looks unobtrusive and similar to the stock part. Stage6 has deliberately decided not to display the brand name on the cylinder, instead of a logo they stamped "49ccm" on it.

  • WITHOUT road approval
  • Squish clearance is pre-set, a cylinder base gasket is included.
  • Run in: about 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
  • If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil with optimized flow characteristics to avoid clogging of the pump.

    Stage6 Streetrace

    As the name suggests, the Streetrace series was developed for sporty street use. The Stage6 series includes cylinders and exhausts that deliver relatively high performance, but still function reliably in everyday use.

    The Stage6 Streetrace series feature the optimum balance between performance and durability to offer scooter and supermoto riders a high level of riding enjoyment even in everyday use.

    How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

    The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

    The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

    Tuning Level: Sport

    We categorize our products into different performance levels  Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.

    The products listed under Sport yield better performance than Original parts. They may have technical differences, such as the use of higher quality materials, a larger displacement or a performance-enhancing design. They are suitable for everyday use and have a long service life.

    Heel goeie cilinder , 500Km gerodeerd en dan 7000km geblazen rond de 7000km heb ik een scheur gehad in mijn inlaatstuk hierbij heeft de cilinder wat schade opgelopen en moet ik eigenlijk kijken voor een nieuwe . deze cilinder is zijn prijs waard en met de juiste setup kan je echt een beest maken !!

    Ce kit est ultra violent, monté avec un pot polini evo 2 et une variation adapté,, ça marche très fort, l'accélération est foudroyante, je le recommande vivement, de plus la qualité de fabrication est au top, les lumières d'admission sont traitées avec un revêtement noir pour permettre une meilleure diffusion du mélange, j'a testé pas mal de kit différents et celui-ci fait partie des meilleur, et de loin... il fait presque aussi bien que le MKII alu 70 de la même marque ...
    Je ne pensais pas avoir de telles performances avec un cylindre fonte, chapeau bas messieurs les ingénieurs de chez stage 6 ...

    C'est la deuxième fois que je possède ce kit la première sur un moteur de Ovetto adapter sur Booster et maintenant sur mon moteur de booster, incroyablement coupleux ce lève à chaque accélération très très fiable je recommande fortement i love stage 6.

    ce kit 70 va vraiment très fort truc de fou et en plus de ca il est vraiment increvable il a bouffé 3 clapets en carbone et 1 en métal le piston a de méchante griffe mais j'ai absolument aucun soucis je l'ai depuis bientot 1500 km et vraiment rien à dire parfait
