Stage6 Street Aerox: top performance and OEM look

It looks original and has a CE-marking, but it noticeably outperforms the stock exhaust - Stage6 Exhaust Street Minarelli horizontal LC (Yamaha Aerox, Jog, MBK Nitro, hybrid Minarelli Chinese 2-stroke and many other models), for excellent torque and impressive output.

Advantages of exchanging your stock exhaust against a Stage6 Street

Looks can be deceiving - this street-legal exhaust is more powerful and versatile than it looks. Due to the special header pipe and expansion chamber design it can be used with 50cc original and sport as well as 70cc sport cylinders. If you want to look low-key but ride fast - this is it!

Power output throughout the entire power band is pretty even, and engine adjustment is easy. This street-legal exhaust is available for many models. In light of all these features, value for money is outstanding.

The body is protected by a heat and weather resistant black coating, and there is also a heat shield. 

The exhaust is road-legal. The Stage6 Street is restricted by a diameter restriction in the down pipe.

Setup tips

Basically, the Stage6 Street exhaust is suitable for all 50cc original or entry-level tuning cylinders, but can also be used with 70cc entry-level / Sport cylinders such as the Stage6 Streetrace 70cc, dem Top Performances 70cc, the DR cast iron 70cc, etc. If you combine the Street with a 70cc cylinder, we recommend the use of a 19mm carburetor (or larger) and preferably also a tuning CVT.

The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.

exhaust parts

  • The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
  • The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
  • At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.

Replacing the exhaust

For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:

A true performer.
This exhaust is far more better than the Leovince Touring. Minarelli horizontal LC, DR 70 , 17.5 dellorto carb.
The response on the throttle is way better and it has a very nice 2 stroke sound performance.

pot qui une fois débridé est étonnant !! accepte jusqu'à 10500 tours sur un 70cc athena sport avec carbu 21 . bruit très raisonnable, très bon bas régime . En gros si tu veux bien fonctionner sans faire trop de bruit c'est pas mal du tout, mieux q'un yasuni z ....

Trés bon pot et performance allucinante pour un pot de ce type? Je les même acheté 2 fois une fois pour mon spirit et une fois pour mon Aerox! Accélèration et reprise dingne d'un pot sport classic! Sur mon Aerox je suis passé 80-85 km/h à 100-105 km/h par rapport à l'origine, il suffi de bien savoir réglée le vario et le tour et joué? Question bruit franchement il reste discret! Pour le commentaire du bléro qui dit que il arrive pas a la maître étanche sais qu'il et trop con pour le monté? Ne l'écouté pas il est parfaitement étanche même après l'avoir plusieurs fois démonté et remonté et en plus sans avoir u besoin de changé le joint de pot! Encore une fois ci il y en a qui s'ont trop bête pour monté un pot qu'il arrête la mécanique!!! Et aussi de laissé des commentaire négatif sur des produits alors que le produit et bon mais que le gars qui monte le produit et tous simplement trop con pour le monté correctement!!!

Voici un pot qui offre de bonne performance mais qui fait bien trop de bruit même plus qu'un pot de détente, en effet la on le vois mal sur la photo mais le pot est en deux parties :

Une partie qui se fixe au cylindre et tout le reste vient s’emboîter sur la premiere partie mais peu importe la position ça ne sera jamais étanche et donc ça fait quasiment un bruit de pot percé, très désagréable.

Par contre il marche bien ya rien à redire la dessus.
