Description
Top quality polymer Doppler Riser Piaggio Typhoon / NRG.
Quick and easy installation within a couple of minutes. The riser is acting as a spacer between frame and the top end of your shock absorber, and your scooter is raised by a couple of centimetres. Stability and cornering are improved.
We recommend using a side stand as your original main stand will most probably not be high enough.

Shock absorber Jack Up Kits
On 50cc scooters and motorcycle, the shock is often raised for aesthetic reasons. However, extending shock length does not only affect seat height and looks of your vehicle.
Advantages of height extensions
Raising the rear of a two-wheeler without changing the front suspension changes the vehicle geometry and thus also performance and handling.
If the rear end is higher than the front wheel, the result is a more closed caster angle. As a result, maneuverability in curves becomes better, but stability at high speeds is reduced.
For motorcycles and motocross bikes, there are lowering kits for both the rear and the front wheel. At the rear, the linkage is replaced, and at the front, spring seats and spacers in the fork must be replaced.
On many models, of course, you can also replace the entire shock absorber to change the length and spring travel.
