HPC Crankshaft Naraku Racing CPI
Crankshaft Naraku Racing HPC for CPI, Keeway, China 2T E2 - high-quality HPC crankshaft from Naraku. Produced according to OEM guidelines of Japanese vehicle manufacturers.
This is an HPC Racing full-circle crankshaft, i.e. the pre-compression in the crankcase is increased, resulting in significantly better cylinder filling. The crankshaft comes with high-quality bearings. This means that the crankshaft can also be used in combination with 50-70cc tuning cylinders.
A special feature of this crankshaft is that the main bearings are already pre-assembled, so the crankshaft only needs to be inserted into the crankcase halves. We recommend heating the halves to do this.
We also recommend ordering new oil seals.

How to change a crankshaft?
The crankshaft is one of the main components of the engine and is responsible for the smooth operation of motorcycle, scooter and moped, whether with two-stroke or four-stroke engine. The longevity of the engine depends not only on the proper condition of the crankshaft, but also on the fact that it is properly mounted.

How can I tell if my crankshaft is Damaged?
A broken crankshaft causes metallic noises, unusual vibrations, leaking oil seals and drastically reduces the performance of the two-wheeler. In any case, the vehicle must be stopped immediately to prevent the damage from getting worse.
Please note that whenever the crankshaft is changed and serviced, you'll have to install new crankshaft bearings.
