Exhaust design

The Stage6 Pro Replica MKII exhaust is 100% manufactured in Europe utilizing high quality materials and the most advanced production techniques. It is a classic tuning exhaust with hand-welded expansion chamber. The high-quality heat-resistant paint guarantees a long service life.
Details like the embossed Stage6 logo in the cone as well as a wide range of colour options for the HQ aluminium silencer not only look pretty great, but also allow matching your exhaust to the colour scheme of your vehicle.

Performance Pro Replica MK2

The completely reworked Stage6 Pro Replica MKII exhaust features some convincing improvements over its predecessor: torque sets in way earlier, followed by a significant power increase in the mid-range without losing torque in the upper rpm range. The result is a very easy to tune, powerful exhaust with a wide usable rpm range.

Note: For homologation reasons, the Stage6 Pro Replica MK2 exhausts are equipped with two restrictors. One restrictor is welded into the manifold, the second one sits in the silencer. Keep in mind that the removing the restrictors revokes the homologation!

The Pro Replica series from Stage6 includes two product types:

It is characterized by high-quality products and is located in the entry-level tuning sector (Sport). In conjunction with the appropriate parts (sports cylinder, sports variator, larger carburetor, etc.), the Pro Replica tuning parts provide a nice increase in performance without sacrificing reliability for everyday use at really fair prices.

Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle

The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.

The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.

Replacing the exhaust

For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:

Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.

Tuning Level: Sport
