Famous "Replica" version of Malossi's 50cc MHR cylinder, Malossi 50cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit "MHR Replica" Morini AC, 10mm.
This kit with its convincing performance can be classified as a solid midrange 50cc cylinder. Due to excellent workmanship, this kit is powerful and very durable as well which makes it an ideal cylinder for everyday use. Great choice if you want to remain 50cc, but want a bit more power.
To get the most out of this kit, we recommend using it with a 17.5mm carburetor and a sports exhaust.

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Aluminium cylinders
Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
