Description

You're riding your scooter a lot and are looking for more power? We might have it - Malossi 70cc Cast Iron Cylinder Kit "Sport" MBK Nitro / Aerox (Minarelli horizontal LC, 10mm).

The kit includes:

- 70cc Cast Iron Cylinder, with 6 transfer ports and oval exhaust port
- Two-Ring Piston, 10mm pin
- High Compression Monobloc Cylinder Head, aluminium
- Gasket Set for mounting

Built for heavy use, this cylinder kit is extremely wear resistant and does not require a lot of maintenance.

It has plenty of power at mid rpm range and can reach 8-9hp if set up properly (with 17.5mm carburetor and sports exhaust).

Not street-legal!

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Tuning Level: Sport

Un bon remplaçant pas cher sur mxs
Un très bon cylindre pas cher pour remplacer celui d'origine, avec beaucoup de couple (70cc oblige), bonne perf accel et pointe, par contre super costaud j'ai fais un amorti de serrage en tirant pas mal dessus mais zéro soucis il a redémarré en un coup de kick 2min après bref un très bon 70cc fonte.
Monté avec Yasuni C21, DO PHVA 17,5mm, pack Overrange, delta cluch, vforce 3 (100kmh à plat en ligne droite)

Avec ma config vario malossi embro malossi carbu 21 pot bidalot s3r se kit marche très bien le scoot se lève tout le temps
