Andrea Pinasco was one of the first mechanics who successfully tried to improve the performance of classic Vespa scooters, and his company Pinasco consequently became one of the household names for Vespa tuning. Carburetors, cylinders, exhausts, crankshafts - everything to make your vintage Vespa run better and faster.
The Pinasco Light Clutch 12 springs Vespa 50 / 125 Primavera is a good alternative for original clutch system with 1 central spring. 12 smaller springs distribute the pressure more evenly, clutch engagement is improved considerably. You can also choose how many springs you want to use (6, 8, 10 or 12) depending on the type of engine / power output.
The kit includes clutch discs (cork + plain metal), back plate and the 12-spring unit with 12 springs and 2 aluminium rings with cups or seats to hold them.
For 50cc - 125cc Vespa models.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.
For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.
