The MVT Millenium ignition with external rotor is a good alternative if you want to upgrade the original ignition while retaining the 12-volt supply for the lights. The wiring harness does not have to be completely retained, which makes installation much easier. If you want more power, you can convert the analog system to digital control with the separately available MVT Digimax Box.
The MVT Integral ignition works analog with an internal rotor and fixed ignition timing. The advantage: The CDI can be replaced by a digital multi-curve ECU, allowing variable ignition timing and more tuning options.
The MVT Millenium internal rotor ignition offers the perfect balance for anyone who wants to replace the original ignition with a more powerful model without sacrificing the power supply for lights.
