Yamaha Jog RR 50cc LC CAT - General information

The Jog RR 50 LC CAT is more environmentally friendly and produces lower emissions compared to the previous version to better meet current emission standards. The scooter has sportier and more aggressive styling elements compared to the Jog RR 50, meaning different fairing details, colours and graphics.

Yamaha Jog RR 50 - Engine

Like the Jog R and the Jog RR, the small scooter has a long, horizontal Minarelli engine, a single-cylinder two-stroke engine; unlike the Jog R, the Jog RR 50 CAT is liquid-cooled. It can be started both via starter motor (electrical) and mecahnically (kickstarter). It is equipped with a carburetor. In contrast to its predecessor, the CAT version is equipped with exhaust gas aftertreatment technology, the CAT stands for Clean Air Technology.

Yamaha Jog RR 50cc CAT - Chassis

The Yamaha Jog 50 RR CAT is equipped with a telescope fork in front that ensures a stable and comfortable ride especially for urban riding. The rear suspension consists of a strut. The vehicle is equipped with a disc brakes in front and a drum brake at the rear wheel. The front tire is 110/70 x 12 and the rear tire is 130/70 x 12", which makes for excellent grip and stability.
