Stage6 now produces 4-stroke oils in addition to their high quality 2-stroke engine oils. The fully synthetic Stage6 4-stroke oil 5W40 was specially developed for engines of the last generation such as Vespa Modern. Suitable for catalytic converter, carburetor, as well as injection engines.

Use 4-stroke oil 5W40

Stage6 4-stroke oil 5W40 is specially designed for modern 4-stroke engines such as those of Vespa Modern, but can also be used for all motorcycles with separate or common oil circuit for gearbox and clutch. The oil exceeds the strict JASO-MA standards and can also be used on powerful touring or racing engines.

Stage6 5W40 4T engine oil is a high performance lubricant with a very high viscosity index. Synthetic oils have a significantly improved lubrication performance compared to standard mineral oils, are more temperature stable and can be mixed better with additives. Due to the high thermal stability, the oil is ideal for motorcycle engines with high temperature development.

Advantages of 4-stroke oil 5W40

In addition to optimal lubrication of the engine, Stage6 four-stroke oil ensures easy starting and stable idling when the engine is cold. Heavily stressed components such as camshaft and gearbox run smoothly and fluidly, which improves performance and protects all components including gaskets and oil seals from wear.

Special additives have a strong cleaning, dispersing and antioxidant effect, and also protect against corrosion and wear and prevent foaming. Clear advantages are the extremely low evaporation losses and the greatly reduced formation of carbon residues, so that the engine remains extremely clean.

4-stroke oil 5W40 for dry and wet clutch

Stage6 Engine Oil 5W40 is suitable for lubrication of motorcycles with dry clutch with separate oil circuits as well as with oil bath clutch, i.e. joint lubrication. The formulation ensures an optimal friction coefficient to eliminate clutch slippage and optimize clutch engagement and power transmission.

And last but not least - Stage6 also delivers their 4-stroke oil in a super nice oldschool tin can. Fits well in the hand and looks good on the workshop shelf.

Note: To improve the lubricating effect, we recommend that you also change the oil filter. If the 5W40 Stage6 engine oil is not suitable for your vehicle, possibly reach for the 10W40 4-stroke oil from Stage6 or another 4-stroke oil in our store.
