Note: The shape of this air filter insert is the same as for Minarelli scooters, but the holes in the filter mat are different. Please compare your air filter with the illustration to avoid ordering the wrong filter.
Polini Dual Density air filter element
- Made from flexible, cross-linked polyester polyurethane foam
- Two-layer construction with different foams
- Blue layer (60 PPI): Filters out fine particles
- Black layer (30 PPI): takes care of coarse filtration
- Corrugated outer surface for improved airflow and effective removal of up to 50% of coarse dust particles
Tips for maintaining the air filter
It is recommended to clean or replace the air filter approximately every 2,000 km to prevent wear and engine damage and to ensure optimum engine function in the long term.
Polini Original
The "Original" exhaust from Polini is an inconspicuous exhaust that looks very similar to the original exhaust, hence the name.
As always with Polini, however, you can rely on very high quality, and the Original also offers limited volume and slightly increased power. These exhausts are ideal as a replacement for the original models and are homologated (road-legal).
Attention: this type of OEM quality exhaust cannot be used with racing cylinders!

How to replace the air filter foam insert
- Remove the cover of the air filter box
- Remove the filter, clean the air box thoroughly
- Clean or replace the air filter element if it is too worn out
