Double layer air filter for Peugeot Fox mopeds from Polini. Clean air means better performance, more power and a longer engine life.
Features Polini original air filter:
Polini air filters are made with a highly efficient foam of flexible, expanded polyurethane based on cross-linked polyester. This design ensures efficient and long-lasting filter performance.
Double layer design:
- Blue layer (60 PPI): Filters out smaller particles and extends the life of the filter by preventing larger particles from coming into contact with the filter.
- Black layer (30 PPI): Retains larger particles before the fine layer to ensure efficient air filtration.
Advantages of the Polini air filter foam:
- The corrugated outer surface allows a larger air intake and removes up to 50% of coarse dust particles.
- Complies with European standard EN779, class G3-G4, with an efficiency of over 90%, particularly effective on 1 micron particles.
- Increased dust holding capacity: The filter is impregnated with a special oil to improve dust retention.
- Easy maintenance: The filter is fully regenerable and can be cleaned and reused by washing and drying.
Polini Original
The "Original" exhaust from Polini is an inconspicuous exhaust that looks very similar to the original exhaust, hence the name.
As always with Polini, however, you can rely on very high quality, and the Original also offers limited volume and slightly increased power. These exhausts are ideal as a replacement for the original models and are homologated (road-legal).
Attention: this type of OEM quality exhaust cannot be used with racing cylinders!

- Remove the cover of the air filter box
- Remove the filter, clean the air box thoroughly
- Clean or replace the air filter element if it is too worn out
