Stage6 Caliper Adapter for 4-Piston Brake Caliper - Geared Moped

Stage6 brake caliper adapter for radial-mount 4-piston brake calipers for 50cc motorcycles with a standard fork and 59 mm mounting spacing, including models such as the Rieju MRT, Sherco 50, Beta RR, and many others.

Made from CNC-machined aluminum, the adapter offers high rigidity and ensures secure mounting even during hard braking. It is suitable for sporty riding or competition use.

Installing the Stage6 Adapter

• Rieju MRT (standard fork): plug-and-play installation without washers.
• Sherco 50 & Peugeot XP6 (2026) (standard fork): use the 2 included washers.
• Beta 50 RR: retain the original washers and add 2 MF60.16634 washers (not included).

Stage6 also offers a flexible solution: In the stock configuration, the adapter is installed without spacers and with a 260 mm brake disc. For setups using a 300 mm oversize brake disc, the 2 included 40 mm spacers are simply installed.

This adapter significantly improves your bike's braking performance without requiring complex modifications, while allowing you to take full advantage of a radial brake caliper. For a well-matched, high-performance setup, we recommend combining it with a Stage6 R/T 4-piston brake caliper.
