Description
Brake disk Stage6 250mm HM Derapage 50
Stage6 is always looking to optimize products for both street and track, and brakes are no exception.
The 250mm Stage6 front disc was developed with maximum reliability and braking power in mind, resulting in a high-end disc perfect for racing, yet fully suitable for everyday use.
The disc is 100% made in Italy and tested under real track conditions. It is made entirely from high-quality martensitic steel, known for its high carbon and chromium content, offering exceptional hardness and durability. The surface heat treatment is the same as used on superbikes, allowing track riders to brake consistently and powerfully throughout the race.
This is a solid/fixed disc in a striking racing design, providing excellent heat dissipation and distribution, which reduces warping—especially beneficial in extreme conditions.
Advantages of Stage6 Wave brake discs

Motorcycle and scooter brake disk
The brake disc on the front wheel and / or rear wheel play an essential role in the braking system of motorcycles and scooters.
Brake rotors are firmly attached to the wheel or wheel hub with brake bolts. They work in conjunction with the brake pads, which are pressed onto the brake discs via the brake caliper. This pressure creates the friction that is important for braking, which allows the vehicle to slow down and come to a stop.
When to change the brake rotor?
Brake pads wear out faster than brake discs and need to be replaced regularly. Brake discs, on the other hand, can last between 20,000 and 40,000 kilometers, depending on driving conditions. It is recommended that you monitor brake pad wear and inspect brake rotors for signs of excessive wear or deformation. If you see any sign of damage, the brake disc should be replaced.
No matter if standard, wave or floating - when you install a new brake disc on your scooter or motorcycle, you should also replace the brake pads at the same time. You should securely fasten front or rear brake disc with threadlocker.
