Brake Fluid DOT 5.1 Motul Brake Fluid 500ml for all hydraulic brake and clutch control systems with manufacturer recommendation DOT 5.1, DOT 4 and DOT 3. Specially developed for vehicles with anti-lock braking system (ABS).
Brake fluid DOT 5.1 Motul - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Can be mixed with all DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 products.
- Do not mix with mineral based brake fluids (LHM) and silicone based brake fluids (DOT 5 silicone).
- Store brake fluid in its original container, tightly closed to avoid absorption of moisture.
- Service intervals: 12 to 24 months as recommended by the manufacturer.
PROPERTIES Motul brake fluid
- 100% synthetic, polyglycol based
- Yellow colour
- Dry boiling point 269°C / 516°F 260°C / 500°F minimum
- Wet boiling point 187°C / 369°F 180°C / 356°F minimum
- Viscosity at -40°C (-40°F) 820 mm²/s 900 mm²/s maximum
- Viscosity at 100°C (212°F) 2.1 mm²/s 1.5 mm²/s minimum
