Description
Brake Hose braided steel 94cm front disc brake GY6, HQ brake line with steel sleeve. The major advantage of braided stainless steel brake lines is that expansion is eliminated. The steel braiding encases and stabilizes the actual brake hose. Braking power generated by pushing the brake is transmitted to the caliper without any loss. This results in firm, confident braking and improved brake modulation. Any spongy feel you might have experienced before is gone.
For all vehicles with front disc brake. The hose is 94cm long. It can be installed on all China-based mopeds provided the length is identical to the original. Please double-check the connections to avoid mistakes.

Brake hoses
Brake hoses or brake lines are relatively reliable, but it can happen that they expand too much when the temperature of the brake fluid rises too much, or that they rust when the brake fluid becomes too old.
Brake lines can be replaced with original brake hoses, or with high quality steel braided brake lines that withstand high temperatures, do not expand and do not become porous. This keeps the pressure point and braking power constant.
How to replace Brake lines
Whether on a scooter or a motorcycle, the principle is always the same. Generally, except on vehicles with brake force distributors, the hose connects the brake pump to the brake caliper.
To remove the hose, you need to remove the banjo bolts at both ends. Be careful not to lose the copper washers! Check the condition of the copper washers and replace them if necessary.
The assembly is done in the same way. Note the position of the washers - one between the banjo fitting and the hose, the other between the hose and the caliper or brake pump.
After having tightened everything (usually 20 to 30 N.m and no more), you need to add brake fluid and bleed the brake system using the bleed screw on the caliper.
You can either bleed manually or with a special brake bleeder.
