Description
Brake Lever Guards Tun'R aluminium gold, for left and right side of the handlebar, developed for racing. Brake lever guards have become mandatory in motorcycling's premier class (Moto GP) and are slowly becoming mandatory for smaller classes as well. The lever guards are mounted into the handlebar ends, for handlebars with 14mm to 17mm diameter.

Handlebar end caps are primarily uased as styling parts, but can also have advantages: In the event of a crash, they protect the grips, which could tear off, as well as the throttle grip, as the plastic tends to crack.
However, the use of bar end caps has a disadvantage: you have to cut off the end of the throttle grip that is normally "closed". This makes it easier for dirt to get stuck between the grip and the handlebars, thus impairing the correct rotation of the throttle grip.
