Carburetor Kit tuning 19mm Simson S50 / S51 / S53 / S70 / S83 / SR50 / SR80
Tuning carburetor kit 19mm for Simson S50, S51, S53, S70, S83, SR50, SR80. The kit includes a modern 19mm Naraku tuning carburetor with clamp-on flange, a 10-piece carburetor needle set, 10 different main jets, 10 pilot jets and a matching intake rubber adapter. The carburetor flange from Schmitt allows assembly for Simson mopeds and scooters. The kit allows for perfect adjustment of carburetor to engine. We recommend starting with the following settings:
Main jet between 75-85, pilot jet 40-45 and carburetor needle W10-W12.
The kit includes the following jets and needles:
- carb needles: W3, W4, W5, W7, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W25
- main jets M5: 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 88
- pilot jets: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50

Carburetor packs usually include the carburetor, intake manifold, reed valve, air filter and matching hoses. All carburetor parts fit together perfectly, saving you time, money and tedious searching, and the assembly delivers optimal performance.
Caution: even when buying a complete carburetor kit, carburetor settings must be adjusted, i.e. you must choose the jets that fit your setup. It is best to order a jet set containing different sizes of carburetor jets.
