Ceramic Grease Putoline up to 1500 degrees 100g
Putoline Ceramic Grease is a high temperature grease without metal particles. Its unique formula has it the following properties:
- Very high temperature range (peak around 1500°C)
- High pressure stability
- Reduces friction in moving parts
- Effective corrosion protection
- Excellent protection against electrolytic corrosion (metal-to-metal contact in which the less noble metal is damaged)
For:
- Assembly / disassembly of parts of the ABS system
- Brake parts / Spark plugs / Lambda sensors / Exhaust parts
- Connections between different metals (e.g. steel / aluminium)
- Parts that are exposed to high temperatures
Lube
There are different types of lubricants. It is important to choose the right grease depending on the application and purpose:
- Copper-containing high-temperature grease: is often used for components that are exposed to high heat
- Ceramic grease: for exhaust systems, spark plugs, etc.
- Multi-purpose grease: recommended for chassis bearings
Regular lubrication of certain bearings (e.g. steering or swing arm bearings) can extend their service life.
