Why a 428 chain?
Switching from 420 to 428 offers clear advantages, especially for tuned engines. 428 chains are wider and significantly more resilient, which means they transmit higher forces safely to the rear wheel and reduce the risk of chain breakage.
Caution: The 428 pitch is only original on certain 50cc motorcycle models. When changing from 420 to 428, the sprocket and chain wheel must also be adapted to 428.
