WD-40 Specialist Motorcycle Chain Cleaner is easy to use and quickly removes dirt, dust and oil from chains. Can be used on all O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring chains, removes contaminants and dries in minutes. Regular cleaning helps to reduce chain wear and maintain chain performance for longer.

The chain must be kept clean and lubricated to reduce wear on the chain and sprockets and to ensure that the chain moves smoothly.
How do you maintain a motorcycle chain?
- Wire brush
- Chain cleaner
- Special brush for cleaning the chain
- Chain grease
- Bike stand
Proceed as follows:
- Place the motorcycle on a stand to take the weight off the rear wheel
- Brush off with a wire brush, especially on off-road bikes where the dirt covers the chain
- Spray on chain cleaner while turning the wheel
- Brush off with the special chain brush while turning the wheel
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the chain is clean
- Spray on chain grease while turning the wheel
ATTENTION: For cross and enduro bikes, you should use a special off-road chain grease!
