Rekluse is known for their famous motocross auto clutches, although they have since proven that their manual clutches are just as powerful and can win the biggest championships.
An automatic clutch is a great thing for motocross: you can be sure that you won't stall the engine during braking maneuvers and crashes. You can concentrate on riding without having to worry about the demands of a conventional clutch.

The Rekluse Radius CX automatic clutch is a complete clutch kit that includes a stylish reinforced clutch cover with Rekluse spider logo in addition to the internal clutch components (inner hub, pressure plate, disks, etc.).
This auto clutch works with centrifugal force, but with special Rekluse technology. The so-called EXP Disc, which is used as a friction disc, is fitted with weights on the outer ring which push outwards as the engine speed increases. The EXP Disc expands and presses the clutch discs together, resulting in clutch engagement. The system is adjustable to suit riding style and performance.
All parts of this clutch are made from the best materials and using the latest technologies. The Radius X combines the Auto Clutch with the proven elements of the Core Torq Drive System.

The proper functioning of the clutch is essential for the smooth operation of scooters, mopeds and motorcycles.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.
For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.
Clutch kit for scooters
Clutch kits for scooters usually include the actual clutch, clutch bell and clutch springs. The clutch bell works synergistically with the clutch to form a single unit.
Various special tools are available for mounting and dismounting a scooter clutch.
