Description
In addition to high-end handlebars and grips, ProTaper also uses their experience in racing to develop innovative lever systems: Clutch Lever + Mount ProTaper Profile Pro XPS.
As every racer knows, a broken lever is frustrating and can ruin the entire race. ProTaper has addressed the issue and developed the Profile Pro XPS clutch lever system. The lever has a joint and can be angled, which can save the lever in the event of a fall.
The lever is pretty slim and low-profile and offers excellent grip and control.
The large quick-adjust star allows adjusting the play of the clutch cable to fit personal preferences while riding.
The innovative XPS technology (Cross Pivot System) allows pivoting the lever forward, up and down, and lever reach can be adjusted. The lever has two adjustment points for lever reach (50mm) so you can adjust the lever to fit your riding style, hands and preferences.

Whether you ride a motocross bike, 50cc supermoto, scooter, vintage moped or any other type of two-wheeler, you'll definitely need various switches and buttons to activate important vehicle functions: Ignition breaker, turn signals, headlight, horn, ignition curves, starter . Most of the functions are controlled by handlebar switches and controls.
Which controls do I need?
Handlebar controls can be altered depending on the intended use.
If you want to restore an old two-wheeler true to the original or repair a scooter or maxi scooter for daily use, we recommend using the original fittings or OEM quality switches.
For motorsport and racing there are also more compact motocross / enduro switches or simple universal switches.
Please keep in mind that many modern motocross bikes can no longer be equipped with universal switch units, as most models today have buttons that combine several functions (kill switch, ignition curve selection, launch control...).
