This GY6 12" scooter transmission kit is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to improve the acceleration, reliability and durability of their 50cc scooter. It contains the Motoforce Racing V2 sports CVT and the Stage6 Pro V-belt, a perfectly matched combination for high mileage and good performance levels.
Recommended for stock scooters and lightly tuned sport setups. All components are selected by specialists to ensure the best balance between performance and durability. Installation is simple and straightforward.
Motoforce Racing Variator V2 - Kymco
The revised version of the Motoforce Racing variator has been specially developed for scooters with a GY6 engine and 12-inch wheels. revised riser pulleys ensure even power delivery and constant acceleration across the entire speed range. Precisely manufactured for optimum power transmission and reliable performance.

Depending on the manufacturer, CVT kits may also include one or more contra springs or a clutch and clutch bell.
The different types of CVT kits
- CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
- CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
- CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.
To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.
