The complete transmission kit for Piaggio scooters with short engine block and 10 inch wheels from 1998 (Piaggio Zip / Sfera / Quartz, Aprilia Scarabeo, Vespa LX / ET2 / ET4 / Primavera etc.). This kit includes all essential components for noticeably improved acceleration and overall performance.
Ideal for stock and sport setups with a performance exhaust or 50–70cc cylinder. All parts are perfectly matched, fully compatible, and easy to install.
Motoforce Racing Variator V2 - typhoon
The updated Motoforce Racing V2 variator is specifically engineered for 50cc scooters with Piaggio engine after 1998. Redesigned ramp disks deliver smoother power delivery and consistent acceleration across the entire rev range. Precision manufacturing ensures optimal energy transfer and reliable performance.

Stage6 Pro Belt reinforced V-belt (Piaggio short)
Drive belt made of high-strength polyamide for Piaggio scooters with short crankcase. The material offers high wear resistance, low weight and optimum power transmission. The reinforced belt retains the original properties and enables quick and easy replacement.

Motoforce Racing Evolution clutch 107mm
The "Evolution" racing clutch with three shoes allows stepless spring preload adjustment via a convenient Allen screw on the backside, no disassembly required. In addition, the spring holders can be easily removed, allowing quick and precise changes. This system allows for more precise control over the clutch engagement and provides more aggressive and customizable starts to suit any riding style.

The 107 mm racing clutch bell features an open design with cooling fins in orange. Enhanced heat dissipation reduces warping and ensures smooth operation even under high loads. Depending on the manufacturer, CVT kits may also include one or more contra springs or a clutch and clutch bell.
The different types of CVT kits
- CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
- CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
- CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.
To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.
