Innovative 70cc cylinder from Polini: 70cc cast iron cylinder with integrated Big Valve reed system. Every serious tuner eventually upgrades to a Big Valve reed valve for better performance. Polini has now built this concept right into the cylinder - the reed valve housing is cast directly on the cylinder and the matching reed valve is included. Smart and efficient.

The kit includes cylinder, cylinder head, reed valve, intake manifold, and all small parts.

Polini Evolution - Innovative design for cast iron cylinders

• The reed valve housing is integrated directly into the cylinder, with two separate channels for improved torque and response at low RPM

• Big Valve reed valve with 4 carbon petals (instead of only 2) for higher flow rate

• Flow-optimized intake with reduced air resistance

• 360° rotatable intake manifold, compatible with Polini CP carburetors from 17 mm to 24 mm, for flexible installation with original or racing air filters

• Racing cylinder head with copper gasket

Performance Polini Evolution Booster / BW's

With a basic setup, the Polini 70 Evolution delivers around 14 hp with even, powerful torque across the entire RPM range, which represents a major step forward compared to conventional 70cc cast iron cylinders.

For maximum performance, you should combine the cylinder kit with a 19 - 24mm carburetor, a performance exhaust and a tuning CVT.
