Description
Cylinder kit 60cc Yamaha DT50 / RD 50 air-cooled
60cc tuning cylinder for air-cooled Yamaha DT50 and RD50 models. The cylinder is visually identical to the original cylinder and also has a "49cc" logo cast into it. However, it actually has a displacement of 60cc, which gives it noticeably more torque and power over the entire rpm range. The increase in performance is even greater if you add a performance exhaust. The cylinder comes with a 2-ring piston and all gaskets required for installation.
Attention: Without cylinder head, use original cylinder head.

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped
The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.
The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.
Cast iron cylinders
Cast iron cylinders are more robust and reliable than aluminium cylinders and require less maintenance. Cast iron kits, however, yield less power. To improve output, you can add performance enhancing components such as a reinforced crankshaft, a larger carburetor or even a tuning exhaust.
How to run in a cast iron cylinder?
Cast iron cylinders should be run in between 300 and 500 kilometers, you should use high quality semi-synthetic engine oil.
