Description

Cylinder kit Naraku 90cc with cylinder head GY6

This Naraku Performance POWER-RACING 90cc cylinder kit offers plenty of power for your 4-stroke scooter. The displacement is increased from 50cc to a whopping 90cc, making this cylinder the most powerful currently available on the 4-stroke market.

The biggest difference to other GY6 cylinders, however, is the optimized cylinder head with larger valves, which ensures the best possible filling of the cylinder with maximum intake and exhaust size.

The modified piston features two additional CNC-machined oil grooves that retain oil, improving lubrication of the cylinder bore and enhancing emergency running properties. The piston also has a low-friction coating, which is especially beneficial during the critical break-in period of the cylinder.

The kit is designed so that all parts can be easily replaced without further work.

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Tuning Level: Racing

We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.

Racing products are designed for a more extreme uses and are developed primarily for racing. Whether you stay at 50cc or increase the displacement, the corresponding Racing parts produce much higher performance than the original parts in order to achieve maximum power.
