Swiing cylinder kit for Zündapp Belmondo (Type 247)
Swiing is a Swiss manufacturer specializing in the production of spare and tuning parts for mopeds.
The kit includes :

- 1-ring Vertex piston 39mm
- HC aluminum cylinder head

- 2x silentblocs
This Swiing cylinder delivers roughly the same power as the original cylinder, i.e. approx. 1.6 hp.
If you are looking for a more powerful cylinder, you should consider the Swiing Tuning Cylinder D.39mm or the Swiing Tuning Cylinder D.44mm.
Suitable for Zündapp type 247 engine. This was used in Zündapp models such as Belmondo, Bergsteiger M25/M50, as well as Alpa Spezial 3000 and Alpa Black River.

Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
