Decompression lever
Decompression levers are found on mopeds and many older generation four-stroke motocross bikes (with carburetor).
The lever is located on the handlebar and operates a cable that actuates the decompression valve on the cylinder head. The decompressor can be used to temporarily reduce the compression ratio to make it easier to start the engine.
