Intake Manifold Kit Malossi PWK / VHST Vespa PXE 200cc
The Malossi intake kit for Vespa PXE 200cc is a complete intake system designed for PWK, VHST, and PHBH type carburetors. Upgrading to a reed valve intake system is highly recommended when trying to improve engine performance, and of course, the intake manifold must also be replaced.
The kit includes a large reed valve (VL17) with housing, an intake manifold with rubber connection and, of course, all the small parts required for installation.
Suitable for carburetors with 35mm / 36mm connection

Note: The connection is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.

What is the benefit of a tuning intake kit?
Generally, installing an optimized intake results in a straighter intake to the engine and increased intake volume to improve mixture flow and engine filling. The reed petals are usually made of fiber or carbon, which improve engine response and peak power.
Note: Installing an intake kit is often necessary when installing a larger carburetor as well as when using a sport air filter. Always remember to check carburetor settings and make sure the system is fully sealed.
