Stage6 MK2 oversize intake system, Minarelli vertical, high-quality intake kit with reed valve and intake manifold (x2). No matter which carburetor you plan to use, the Stage6 intake system for vertical Minarelli engines ensures you’re perfectly equipped!

On stock engines, power is often limited by reed valve blocks with relatively small diameters. Big Valve systems solve this issue and are especially recommended when using larger carburetors.

Stage6 oversize intake manifold and reed valve

In contrast to products from other manufacturers that use their own reed valve, the Stage6 Big Valve system is based on the new SportPro (NBR) reed valve for horizontal Minarelli engines. This makes it possible to optimize performance by using different reed valves, such as the Stage6 Vforce.

The kit includes two intake manifolds and Venturi stuffers adapted to the corresponding reed valves. Stage6 therefore allows hassle-free installation of all common carburetors on your engine. Additionally, the aluminum intake manifold features connections for boost bottle, vacuum, and oil.

Please note that due to the design-related size of the intake system, the plastic cover of the air cooling system should be machined.

You can use all reed valves for horizontal Minarelli engines in this kit.

Note: The connection is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
