Stage6 MK2 Oversize Intake System Minarelli Vertical

Stage6 MK2 Oversize intake system for Minarelli vertical engines, a high-quality intake kit with reed valve and intake manifold (x2). No matter which carburetor you want to use, the Stage6 intake system for Minarelli vertical engines provides the appropriate setup.

On stock engines, performance is partly restricted by reed blocks with relatively small diameters. Big Valve systems address this limitation and are especially recommended when using larger carburetors.

Stage6 oversize intake manifold and reed block

Unlike products from other manufacturers that use proprietary reed blocks, the Stage6 Big Valve system is based on the new SportPro (NBR) reed block for horizontal Minarelli engines. This allows further performance tuning through the use of different reed blocks, such as the Stage6 VForce.

The kit includes two intake manifolds and Venturi inserts matched to the supplied reed block. Stage6 therefore allows straightforward installation of all common carburetors on your engine. In addition, the aluminum intake manifold is equipped with boost bottle/vacuum and oil connections.

Please note that, due to the size of the intake system, modifications to the plastic air-cooling cover may be required.

All reed blocks for horizontal Minarelli engines can be installed in this kit.

Note: The connection diameter is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
