Flip Up helmet

Flip-up helmets combine the best of both words. When it is closed, it is basically a full-face helmet and the perfect choice for longer rides. The chin section can be flipped up, which is extremely practical for short stops to get some air, drink something, talk to your fellow riders and in particular for glasses wearers.
Compared to full-face helmets, flip-up helmets are a bit heavier, though, and sound insulation at high speeds is somewhat worse. Flip-up helmets are not suitable for off-road use.
