Twin Air stands for optimum filter performance in motocross and off-road applications, i.e. where things can get really dirty. The Powerflow kits are Twin Air's flagship - best filter performance even under extreme conditions.

The Powerflow Kits ensure optimum air flow, as the air filter is perfectly sealed and reinforced by the CNC-milled aluminum cage supplied. The air filter cannot collapse even under heavy acceleration. The high-quality 2-layer foam filters perfectly and lets enough air through; the 4-stroke models also have an additional fireproof layer.

The Powerflow kits from Twin Air are high-quality air filter kits for motocross machines. The Powerflow air filters are extremely efficient and easy to use.
Performance and features Powerflow kit
The Powerflow kits are generally composed as follows:
- High-quality, fireproof air filter
- CNC-milled filter cage made of anodized aluminium without grille
- All nuts and bolts required for installation
- In some cases a special air filter box cover (YZF)
The aim of the kits is to provide the engine with an optimum air flow in order to improve the responsivity even at low engine speeds. For this reason, the grille on the filter cages has been removed and fitted with fireproof foam filters.
In some cases, such as the Yamaha YZF or the Honda CRF from 2021, the holder and filter have been completely redesigned to make removal and reinstallation easier and to improve the filter sealing properties.
what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
