Description
Radiator handmade KTM 125 Duke / 390 Duke, with 20% more cooling capacity.
This radiator incorporates different material thicknesses. In particularly high-stress areas such as brackets, the material is stronger to make the radiator more resistant to fatigue fractures. In addition, unlike brazed joints, proper welds are much more durable and do not tend to break or crack under stronger vibrations.
Radiator
Vehicles with liquid-cooled engines are equipped with a radiator. The radiator is the heart of the cooling circuit of an internal combustion engine and must therefore always function at 100%.
Racing radiator and Flow Cooler
Depending on the power, displacement and engine speed of your motorcycle or scooter, the original radiator may be sufficient, but sometimes tuning radiators with larger volumes or additional flow coolers are necessary to ensure the reliability and peak performance of the engine.
Radiator repair or radiator replacement
It's not always necessary to replace the entire radiator if, for example, it just has a small leak or the cooling fins are a bit bent. We carry radiator leak stop sealant and radiator fin straighter.
To ensure optimal cooling of the engine, you should replace the coolant and check the condition of the hoses regularly.
To protect your radiator from splashes or falls, there are special radiator guards and grilles.
