Description
Rubber Buffer shock absorber (top) Vespa VBB / Sprint / V50 / PX , spare silentbloc rubber buffer for the rear shock needed to minimize vibrations from swingarm to frame. Since rubber has a tendency to dry out and get porous, check the parts regularly and replace if necessary.

Rubber Bushing
As the name suggests, the silentbloc, also known as a silentblock, rubber bushing or rubber buffer, ensures low-noise and low-vibration connections. This means that silentblocks are fitted in places where vibrations or movements can cause problems.
Rubber bushings are made of rubber, a material that dries out and cracks over time. They need to be replaced when they crack, become too soft and develop too much play.
