How to use a side stand
To use the side stand, simply flip it down with your foot or heel. When the scooter, motorcycle or moped is properly positioned, the side stand provides good stability so that it can be parked safely. This is especially helpful during short stops or breaks.
Please note that the side stand should not be used when the vehicle is carrying a passenger or heavy luggage. In this case, it is better to use the main stand stand if it is still available. Before hopping on your bike, always make sure that the side stand is fully folded to avoid accidentally dropping it when starting.
