Transmission Kit Eco Naraku for 4-stroke 50cc 139QMB.

Naraku produces tuning and racing parts for scooters and maxi scooters; although the specialty was initially on the widely used GY6 engines, the brand now offers tuning and spare parts for all types of two-wheelers.

Instead of individual components, it's often worth buying a complete kit; you'll save money, time and can be sure that the elements work in perfect harmony with each other.

Scooter CVT Kit

The CVT system of a scooter includes a number of components responsible for transmitting engine power to the rear wheel.

Variator kits consist of:

Depending on the manufacturer, CVT kits may also include one or more contra springs or a clutch and clutch bell.

The different types of CVT kits

  • CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
  • CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
  • CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.

To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.

Très bon kit variateur/embrayage. Facile à installer et meilleur performance au démarrage et en reprise. Installé avec un ressort de poussé 1000rpm. Les galets sont un peu trop léger à mon goût. Les ressorts montés sur les patins 2000rpm peut-être à changer par des 1000, à voir avec l'usage
