Variator Kit Polini Hi-Speed Kymco Agility / Like 50cc 4-stroke Euro 4, complete variator kit with variator, weights, sleeve, slides, ramp plate, torque spring and V-belt. The Hi-Speed is the improved successor of Polini's famous "Speed Control" CVT. Pulley angles were redesigned for better acceleration, sleeve and overall build were reinforced and improved. Performance will be noticeably better than with the stock variator.

Polini Hi-Speed
The famous Polini brand lists their "Hi-Speed" CVT as part of their catalog for many years. Of course, the CVT has been upgraded and improved over time, but the basic principle is still the same: a tuning variator for original and slightly tuned engines with a noticeable increase in performance compared to the original variator.
Performance Polini High Speed CVT
With newly calculated and optimized angles, the Hi-Speed variator allows an extended power band. This shows above all in noticeably better acceleration, but also in a slightly higher top speed.
Two integrated O-rings provide the sleeve with better lubrication, resulting in less friction.
The low-friction, robust chrome coating ensures reduced wear and increased service life.
For heavily tuned engines and engines with a significantly larger displacement, it is worth using an overrange CVT.

The different types of CVT kits
- CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
- CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
- CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.
To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.
