DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually shipped within the time specified for each product. We ship orders only when all items are available. The estimated shipping date is therefore always based on the item with the latest date. For payments by PayPal or credit card, shipping starts the day after payment is confirmed. For invoice or installment, shipping starts the day after the order was placed. For bank transfer, shipping begins after receipt of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time for in-stock items is 48h to Germany and France, and 2–5 business days across Europe. Deliveries to non-EU countries may take up to 60 days with DHL, GLS or LaPoste. For these, we offer UPS Express with a delivery time of 5-10 days.

Alongside a wide, high-quality product range, reliable information about stock and delivery is essential for you as a customer.

Please note that information regarding delivery times refer to the order confirmation date in our system, not to the date of your order in our online store. Depending on order type, shipping method, payment or delivery address / destination, we verify each order for to ensure reliable and fast processing. After ordering, you can check the status under “My Account” → “My Orders”. Guest users receive email updates.

In Stock – Ready to Ship within 24h

The online stock reflects our central warehouse. If an item is in stock, it ships the same or, at the latest, on the next business day (Mon–Fri).

If an estimated shipping date is shown, the item must first arrive from an external warehouse. Shipment occurs once all items are in stock.

INCOMING

The product is currently unavailable in our warehouses or from our suppliers. A delivery period has been provided but may change at short notice. You can find the estimated date on the product page.

DELAYED

The item is on backorder with the manufacturer and delayed beyond the estimated date. We are working with our suppliers to restore availability. You can use our notification service to receive an email once the product is back in stock.

OUT OF STOCK

The product is currently unavailable or not yet released. No delivery date can be provided. You can use our notification service to receive an email as soon as the product is available.

PARTIAL DELIVERY:

If delivery is delayed significantly or the delivery of individual items holds up your order for too long, we may ship available items separately at no extra cost.

If you wish to arrange a partial shipment yourself, please contact our support team via email. Our team will review item status and restocking times and can release a split shipment if needed.

We ship to all European countries using the best available carrier for each destination, offering the best balance of cost, speed and reliability. The carrier and costs are displayed during checkout.

Shipping fees depend on weight and volumetric weight. Orders over €119 may qualify for free shipping (see list below).

WORLDWIDE

We deliver to over 200 countries. Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and volume. The total cost is shown during checkout.

Depending on the country, multiple carriers may be available.

Local taxes and customs duties are not included and will be charged separately by customs or courier upon delivery.

TRACKING

To track your parcel, click the link in the shipping confirmation email or check “My Account” → “My Orders”.

Tracking data may be temporarily unavailable for various reasons. The most common reason is that the parcel has left our warehouse but the carrier has not yet updated their system.
