Returns can complaints regarding a parcel and its contents have to be addressed within 14 days after receiving the parcel and our after-sales service has to be notified by e-mail.
All returns that our return service were not notified of according to the above mentioned specifications will be returned to sender. All returns have to be sent back in their original packaging and without apparent damaging. Product and packaging have to be in mint condition.
Disregarding our returns specifications can result in additional fees. Returns can be sent via standard mail only, to this address:
