Italkit ignitions are manufactured in Italy by Selettra. They are analog ignitions with fixed advance and internal rotor. The fixed advance means that the spark will always occur at the same moment, whatever the engine speed, making tuning easier. As for the internal rotor, much smaller and lighter than a traditional rotor, it brings more liveliness to the engine, thanks to sharper revs. This is particularly interesting for small-displacement engines, which are often a little hollow at low revs, and express themselves fully at higher revs. The operating revs are reached more quickly, which translates into a much greater feeling of power.
